“Will Call” delivery is when you call us to have oil delivered. If you are a “Will Call” customer, you are responsible for monitoring your own fuel tank. We request that you call for a delivery in advance, especially during extremely cold and hazardous weather conditions.
We recommend you schedule a delivery with us when your tank gauge reads 25% or greater. If you allow your tank to run completely out of oil, we will make a delivery as soon as possible during our regular delivery hours. Whether you choose “Automatic Delivery” or “Will Call Delivery,” you can rest assured that we will provide professional service.
